Provision of Consulting Services for Design, Supervision and Reporting for Baidoa Water Supply System Works at Baidoa town, South West State of Somalia
Phase 1- Water Resources Assessment Phase.
- Conduct water resources assessments especially ground water potential including environmental and social risks and potential impacts.
- Assess the existing water infrastructure in Baidoa.
- Prepare a report on the findings and available options for further discussion with the PIT and the Ministry of Water and Energy of South West
Phase II – Water supply system design and preparation of Tender Documents
- Comprehensive preparation of detailed Engineering design
- Bill of Quantities of agreed components considering available funding.
- Preparation of the Tender Documentation
Phase III – Construction Supervision
Supervisions of the works during implementation phase on behalf of the IOM and Ministry of Water and Energy in South West State and prepare reports which should be presented to the stakeholders.
